  Complete construction package
  Project value 50 Million Baht.
  Design is in progress with Haycox and Associates, this is a design and build contract.
  Construction is expected to commence mid 2010.
   
• Resort, renovation of existing buildings and addition of 20 villas, Hua Hin
  Renovation to the existing facility with a new upgraded fit-out, construction of the new villas complete package
  Project value 48 Million Baht.
  Work is scheduled to commence May 2010
