Tericon Company Limited is a medium size construction company based in Bangkok, Thailand. Tericon has been in operation since 2002.
We specialize in quality interiors and renovation work but have also completed projects ‘turn-key, through a complete design and construction process.’ Indeed we can provide a ‘one stop’ design and build service utilizing "in house" designers employed by our sister company Haycox & Associates.
We have successfully completed over 100 residential and commercial projects in Bangkok, Pattaya, Hua Hin and Khon Khen, Thailand.

A project manager is the direct representative of the project owner. His responsibility is to manage a project in the owner's best interests, with loyalty only to the project owner.
The objective of the Project Manager is to complete the project within the outlined project scope, as early as possible and within budget, while simultaneously meeting high quality standards.
The role of the project manager is typically to:
Organize surveys and feasibility studies
Oversee architectural, structural, mechanical and all design work
Prepare documentation for tender, supervise the tender process
Prepare contracts, and awards contracts with owners approval
Supervise construction and payments to the contractor, suppliers, subcontractors and other consultants
Oversee the quality of work
Keep the contract to schedule
Provide overall project cost controls

We can provide a full range of quantity surveying services.
These include preparation of contract documents, bills of quantities, taking-off quantities and associated estimating work. We are able to offer our service for a variety of building and civil engineering projects. The quantity surveying function in a project can either be incorporated as part of our project management service or undertaken separately to suit the exact requirements and circumstances of the client.
Commencing at the feasibility stage, through design and prior to contract award we can produce a series of cost estimates as the project design develops. These estimates are produced in ever-increasing detail and accuracy as more information is made available. This role accommodates every occasion when the owner would wish to check costs. We are fully informed on all aspects of construction costs, material and labour, plant and equipment rates.
