Tericon Company Limited is a medium size construction company based in Bangkok, Thailand. Tericon has been in operation since 2002.

We specialize in quality interiors and renovation work but have also completed projects ‘turn-key, through a complete design and construction process.’ Indeed we can provide a ‘one stop’ design and build service utilizing "in house" designers employed by our sister company Haycox & Associates.

We have successfully completed over 100 residential and commercial projects in Bangkok, Pattaya, Hua Hin and Khon Khen, Thailand.

We undertake construction projects usually in the range 1 million to 200 million Baht, our commercial projects have included resorts, hotel work, office fit-outs and car showrooms and our residential projects have included villas, penthouse and condominium fit-outs. Read More

Engineering Design

We can provide a full engineering design service. This typically comprises two functions, either<

  1. As members of the design team, we can help to develop a building project from conception until final completion and handover, including full participation at each state of design development and on through the construction and maintenance periods of the project, or
  2. As the appointed designer we can undertake a range of engineering projects including civil works, infrastructure, road works etc. and develop these from conception until final completion and handover.

In either role Haycox and Associates also provides coordination in a project management role. We employ well-qualified and experienced engineers in all engineering disciplines and can assign staff to a particular project as needs arise.

Building Maintenance

We can provide a full building maintenance service for property owners.

Building maintenance is a significant problem in Thailand . We feel strongly that building owners should take a fresh look at this important and often neglected requirement. 

That is because a proper maintenance schedule can improve business operations and protect valuable investments by keeping fixed assets in good condition. By following a detailed maintenance programme, buildings remain in prime condition longer and become more attractive to potential customers

Building Renovations

In a very competitive residential and office leasing market, buildings can quickly become outdated, old fashioned run down and tired. These buildings become no longer attractive and thus only can command low rental income. Building owners need to make renovations for example in order to upgrade their facility, to remedy defects, replace wiring, replace antiquated equipment and redecorate their facilities throughout. We are pleased to offer a comprehensive service covering surveys, reports, recommendations, design, cost estimates, tendering and various construction services. We execute this process step by step so that design, costs and construction are approved during the progress of the work.
